Tiger Woods Masters

Tiger Woods Masters - The 2010 Masters TV coverage of Round 1 ended Thursday 4/8. A quick glance at the Masters Golf Tournament 2010 leaderboard will show Tiger Woods Masters 2010 scoreboard position. Tiger currently is in a tie for 7th place along with Watney, Poulter, Bames and Kim. Each of them shot 68 for their totals in Round 1. Sitting at the top position is pro golfer Fred Couples who shot a 66 in the opening round. He's trailed by five guys in second place: KJ Choi, Tom Watson, Lee Westwood, Phil Mickelson and Y.E. Yang who each are at a total of 67.

The Masters tournament is being re-aired on ESPN from 8PM to 11PM EST Thursday night, after TV coverage earlier in the day. ESPN will televise the 2010 Masters Tournament again live on Friday from 4-7:30 PM EST. CBS picks up the television coverage of the 2010 Masters Tournament this weekend, airing the tournament 3:30 PM to 7PM EST on Saturday, and 2PM to 7PM EST Sunday for the final round. Masters.com also offers various live streaming video feeds from around Augusta National to check out the action.

According to the latest Masters news, Tiger Woods' return to golf after five months away is the longest hiatus since Ben Hogan took time off to recover from being hit by a bus. Woods' wife, Elin Nordgren, may have felt the same way as Hogan after learning of Tiger Woods total of 14 or more mistresses in a major sex scandal that began to unfold late last year. Since that incident, Woods has entered himself into rehab and will continue to become a "better man" as he has noted in press conferences. He also noted feeling good to be back on the golf course, and that is usually where superstar athletes can get their minds off real world problems that have blown up in the media. Tiger seems to show little rust so far after one round of play.
